Progression of Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) to 60%, 90%, and Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, receiving approval through approved GEC Contractors.
Establishing Design Offices, conducting comprehensive surveys, presenting Project Execution Plans (PEP), scheduling work, ordering Major Equipment (Long Lead Items), etc.
Implementing complete site mobilization, setting up facilities, warehouses, and lay down yards, managing customs for material reception.
Achieving Mechanical Completion as necessitated.
